Can i book multiple sessions?

• Only those attending to participate are to book in, parents, guardians, family and friends spectating are not required to book in.

• All spectators are welcome. 

• Each booking is for one person only.

• If you wish to book family or friends in, you must book them in as an individual.

• You must list the name and age of each individual to ensure that the most suitable coach has been allocated for your child's age.

• Please also list any specific requirements or disabilities, we shall accommodate all.

• If you have a party of six or more, you may find time slots may not be available for your preferred time, please contact us and we will try an accommodate you where possible.

How do i book in?

Select the button below "Take me to bookings"

You simply register with an email address, this will set up an account in your name.

• select the time slot you wish to attend.

• select "add person"

• select "click here to continue"

• agree to the terms that have been set by the Pdac and select continue.

• confirm your account by selecting "continue"

• fill in all of the required fields and select continue. 

• your booking will be confirmed.

• You will receive a confirmation email.

• repeat this process to book additional family members. (please make sure you have submitted all individuals details)

Can i cancel my booking at anytime?

Yes, if you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking by logging onto the booking platform and then the allocation will return to the system.

Can I get help to book in if I require it?

Only if you have difficulties with the system, we advise you to use the booking system, a phone call or email will not speed up your booking.
